The thing about just doing stuff at home is so true. I got very fit from just telling myself to do exercises every time I went through a certain door. So easy. I hate training for long sessions but those multiple small sessions each day is easier to do and believe me they actually work

Meditation is also one of the greatest things that you can do. If you’re a beginner, start with this 5 to 10 minutes after you wake up or at least after you take a shower in the morning and increase the time as you practice and you’ll feel positively energetic, at first you won’t feel it as much and it might not take affect for a while but it does work it’s just it takes longer for some people but I promise you that the benefits of meditation are worth it

most of these is what i do lols. Especially quitting the gym, because my money needs to be saved for bills and such. Besides, I just use dumbbells and body weight workouts. At home I use two chairs to do dips, Push ups for chest(And the inclined one), Handstand pushups and Farmers carry with jugs of water, squats, lunges, bicycle kick, leg raise and sit ups.

i did an intermittent fasting and a week later a passed out after a mile run, so, I don’t fully recommend this fasting, but that’s just my body, bodies are built different so who knows.
