Russia has fired a new hypersonic missile on Ukraine for the first time, experts say.

The 3M22 Zircon missile is reportedly the fastest in the world and can travel almost 7,000 miles per hour.

What is it with the stupidity of hypersonic missiles. Fact :- A missile of ANY speed is only any good if it can manoeuvre in flight. By going faster, with computers analysing trajectory far quicker than any missile can go, it just means it is intercepted quicker. American work on hypersonic is all about manoeuvrability, making interception harder, which is why it is taking time. Russia just make fast missiles, that are a complete waste of time and easy prey to modern anti air systems.
