Austin Texas has not done any 3-D printed home projects, that's a lie... and The Shipping container home projects in Austin that were supposed to be cheap and affordable, cost like $2, 000-3, 000 per month in rent...

How much will that cost the average American?

A better title for this video would be "first 3D printed home in Columbus is underway". The most obvious meaning of the headline as written Is that this is the first 3D printed home, and it's being built (printed) in Columbus. That's not accurate

30 workers for 1 to 2 months vs. 4 workers in 1 week? I'll have what he's drinking...smh.

There is a lot more to home construction that the exterior walls. Is that being ignored? Do the solid walls hinder the installation of plumbing, HVAC, and electric for the house?
