How to Propagate Ti Plant from Cuttings

Been wondering about this. I have the brown an yellow one, no leaves at the bottom. Propagated 1ks of plants but never this one. 💚

Should I remove most of the leaves from top cutting like most cutting propagations, only leaving a few?

is it normal to be able to see small white roots around a cordyline plant potted plant. Its a kiwi in a pot thats doing really well under my grow light's. All around a decent size pot i can see whispy roots. Is that normal. Apart from that its thriving with lots of off shoots that im going to leave until it warms up. Id really like to send you a picture

Towards the remaining part of the video, you placed the small stems of the cane in the soil horizontally instead of dipping vertically in the soil. Just curious to know, what should we do? Dip vertically or place horizontally?

Can you please help about the soil mix ? As leaves get crisp brown and the stem is also turning brown now there are no leaves at the end.
