Schools must not just focus on marks of students, they should also stop assessing a teacher's ability plainly in terms of how many marks students are getting, that students should not fail, this fear of failure and comparison is pushing teachers and parents to demand unrealistic outcomes out of youngsters ( basically wanting fishes to fly and birds to swim), har bache ke apne skills hain, NEP ka yahi aim hai ki bacche stress free hokar sach mein sabak aur kitaaben dono ko samajh saken ( life skills and self reliance). Samvedansheel principals ki zaroorat hain, emapthetic classrooms aur supportive families ki zaroorat hain.
Sab zindagi mein kuch na kuch karlete hain, bas jazbe ki kami nahin honi chahiye, CBSE, MOE se nivedan hai ki aise sessions mental health day ke mohtaaj naa hon, please conduct these in a routine live stream esp around board exam days😊
