Two men already started touching my hair without asking beforehand at a children's party, and one of them asked me "if I was married" (I was 11.), after that I'm afraid of someone touching my hair, I've been touched before but that was the final straw for me. I had full, golden curly hair, it was beautiful. Another time a man with a smile complimented my hair, but he didn't touch me, his smile was striking and he looked like a soap opera actor, it was much more respectful. I was happy, and I hope I can see him again someday.

Old men have the strangest things to say, but sometimes they are kind of useful. One day I was out walking my dog when an old man said to me out of no where “if you like a boy, go home with him and see how he treats his mother.” And honestly those words stuck. Thank you random old man ❤

I remember when I was like five and lived in a building with multiple apartments in it and there was this sweet old couple living there. One day, I saw the old man carrying a piece of furniture down the stairs, maybe an armchair, I don't really remember, but anyways, I, a five year old girl at the time, approached this man and was like: "sir, do you need help with that?" and apparently the man was so touched with that that he went up to my mom's and my apartment, rang the doorbell, waited for my mom and told her: "you have a beautiful kid and you raised her well. you should be proud of her", and then proceeded to tell her what happened. I'll never forget that because of how happy both the man and my mom looked, and mom told me multiple times how proud she was of me. That was genuinely one of the best moments in my entire life.
