Just got the Samsung S22. 3 things you can do to improve battery life: 1) Use Dark Mode, 2) Turn on Adaptive Brightness and 3) Turn on Battery Power Saving.

People use their phones differently, I get it. But you should really show the apps that you are using for reference. Using the phone at 60hz improves the battery life throughout the day tremendously but I am sure many people would rather keep the 120hz on so there’s that too. Other than that, decent video with cool aesthetic vibes.

I got my first expensive phone six months ago, I went from 200 euro phones to this one. I've always had samsung and I've always been amazed by the battery life that reached 30% in the evening. But we did not sin on this. I have to recharge it two to three times a day, as soon as I wake up I clean up my emails and the battery immediately drops by 5%. We're not there, the battery only lasts if you use it little. I thought it will be my last expensive phone, I go back to the A series

One thing I have tried is to run in low power mode but keep CPU 100 percent. That seems to help significantly too. I think it stops unnecessary background programs and that’s how it saves battery life. It is a great phone overall.

3.5-4h SOT it's what I''ve been getting for the past 2 weeks. It doesn't even last me till the end of the day. The 13 Pro I come from, which I hated because of iOS and got rid of it because of that, was in a completely different league and the Pixel 5 I had prior to that was very close to it, based on my usage, both giving me around 7h SOT. This thing... complete and utter rubbish. I've tried turning off useless services via ADB and if there's a difference, it's too small to notice. I'm returning it on Monday. This thing is depressing.
If you want something that looks really nice, it's buttery smooth and has Android on it, choose anything but this thing. Save your money and buy something else. Samsung hasn't been throttling their phone in anything other than benchmarks for nothing. They knew what the problem was.
But if you like to torture yourself, go ahead

I have selected the max 85 percent charge in additional battery settings option to keep battery health in good shape. That worked well with my previous galaxy phone too.
