P&Z New Rule - Presentation Slides Submission Deadline - 2/7/2024

P&Z discussed the deadline for the presentation slide (flash drive) submission. Due to security reasons, the staff must review the presentation, which takes time. They will decide on the deadline - maybe 24 hours or 2 days prior to the public hearing.
The problem is that the public already does not have much time to prepare for their comments and presentations. They often work on their comments till the last minute.
