Thank you for your video, we used it to mount our Ove Decors mirror from Costco... which is almost exactly like this one.. right down to that mounting bar thing you cut. What a great idea to do that, bc we feel so much more secure to have that in piece in a stud.

I plan on mounting mine recessed into the wall. Trying to rough in for 2x4 on each side but there are no rough in dimensions so I have to wait until it arrives.

I should have watched this video. I think I drilled into a PVC vent pipe instead of a stud haha who knows. I thought this product to be very bulky and heavy. Not necessary to have mirrors inside in my opinion. but for $150 made in china, i can't complain much except that one of the door hinges already pooped out (the door wasn't aligned to start with). I really wish more products were made in USA.
