Lilith is not "self proclaimed". She literally is mother of Sanctuary and humanity in this universe.

Lilith and Inarius’ relationship was less her manipulating Inarius. And his original sin was over-contemplation, indecisiveness and underassertion over the fate of the Nephalem. He was put in a position to destroy Lilith’s tools and didn’t.

Lilith did not just kill Inarius's allies, it was both theirs and she killed without distinction demons and angels alike who contemplated on killing her children.

This is actually the second time Lilith returns from banishment. The second time around she got a human to rise to his full power. Mentioning this would be relevant because people who played d3 are likely expecting the same to happen again.

Where did you acquire the information suggesting that Lilith manipulated Inarius's affection and convinced him to rebel on both sides? Because in the Book of Cain, Inarius has been seeking ways to end the eternal conflict. He recruited angels and even demons, persuading them to join his cause. Then while Inarius is in Pandemonium Fortress, he meets Lilith, who, during that time had suffered the hatred of her father, Mephisto. When Lilith found out about Inarius's plans of escaping the eternal conflict, they formed a union, and as you mentioned, they created Sanctuary and worked together to hide it from both angels and demons using the power of the Worldstone. However, they didn't steal the Worldstone; instead, they altered its frequency to conceal Sanctuary. Living peacefully within it, they eventually fell in love, leading to the birth of the first Nephalem, as you mentioned.
