GM 60V6 Valve Job on a Bridgeport

Using a .0004" oversized carbide pilot in the worn guide made a very nice fit. Checking the results with a valve seat run out gauge shows just how accurate it can be with no experience/practice at all. Just a previous attempt with a tapered pilot that was laughable in results.

How do you use a live pilot on a Bridgeport machine? What is the rest of the tooling? Is the cutter body solid mounted in the head of the machine or are you using a ball head and bounce spring (goodson)?
