Brilliant video - Thank you . Hi, I have a question. I have a flat (not my main property) which I want to transfer in whole to my daughter. The flat is in my sole name; I have the Land Registry title with my name on it. There is no mortgage outstanding and no restrictions and I am the sole owner. My understanding is that I (as the Transferor) need to complete a TR1, an AP1 and an ID1 form. Does my daughter (the transferee) need to complete an ID1 form? or sign section 10 of the TR1 Execution. ? Thank you.

Hi, how long it takes normaly to complete the selling after send TR1 form to the goverment?

A daughter provided funds in 1992 for her mother to buy a house & the conveyancing solicitor did a Trust Deed. The mother aged 93 now wants to transfer "as gift" the house into daughters name. The AP1 form is completed & TR1 form & ID 1 for both.. Under Section 4 Transferor if the father has recently died is the death certificate provided at Section 11 under additional provisions. or under section 8 Consideration X insert other receipt, & X in box transfer is transfer not for money? Thank you.
