How to Complete Form AP1

If you want to apply to HM Land Registry to change or update the land register of England and Wales, you need to complete and send us an application form along with your documents and evidence.
Form AP1 is HM Land Registry’s most used application form. Use the AP1 form to change the register for a property, including changing your name.
