This is the 3rd video of a BIG series on delayed resolution. Delayed resolution is the practice of inserting unexpected chords at the end of a chord progression before landing on the typical, expected harmony. I LOVE this stuff, which is why I'm sharing so many examples in this series. Stay tuned for more! :)

sounds great. HELP. slow down and talk basic English please. I am a Nurse Practitioner and when I explain medical issues to a patient and family I do so in basic English or at least attempt to break down Latin and Greek so that patients and family members can actually understand things. So to that end, what is delayed resolution, subvert expectation, 3rd, 5ths, 7ths, etc. please break it down. veni vidi vici is my goal EH?
