One of the first times I meditated to connect to my spirit guides, I knew beforehand the colors attached to them. An intuitive reader had informed me. When I meditated for initial contact, I asked one of them to show themself as the color attached to it (gold). She did show me a wash of gold in my mind’s eye. My other 2 guides are green and pink.

Thank you I felt so comforted listening and confirming to me I have been contacted. The songs they send to me to comfort me in lowest times. Songs I haven’t heard since the 70’s. I have more recently started seeing orbs all over. Sometimes I see it and see 1111 which is also comforting❤ So exciting even though I’m going through it, I know I’ll be ok. so is it better to connect with your spirit guides or guardian angel? What I’ve gotten from a book I’m reading is that spirit guides have ego because they walked the earth but guardian angels have not, they’re higher beings.
