Good video. These ideas are so elementary that they go over people’s heads.
Four years ago I started working with an estate planner and I bought a custom dividend paying life insurance product at the suggestion of the estate planner. I’ve often wondered if I made the right choice but after reading Nelson’s book it is the way to go. So far I’ve paid in 132K in premiums and I have 63K in cash value. I’m hoping this thing starts catching more steam here where the cash value is closer to my premium and eventually exceeds it. I’ve often wondered if I should start another policy now that I understand my financial objectives now.

I think what would be helpful is going beyond the concept, what it can do, how to use it etc to actual details of the policy, agents, intermediaries, the insurance company etc at least at a high level.

One reason why ppl haven’t started it is because when you call a insurance company they can’t answer the questions we ask. So who do we call besides you, what companies give these policies are you willing to share so u won’t get a sale of a commission

several times I have heard of it; the guy I asked to help me get started rejected me because I don't have the Health to create the policy. I tried to get one on my Handicap Brother but they said the Insurer probably would not allow me to insurer my Brother. I guess I could try my best friend.
