Hello from Sydney Australia where storm clouds have developed over the Eastern coast, bring moderate to heavy rainfall.
While working: outside maintaining a pool, I look up as soon as I hear the engines of;
737, 777, A380, 747, Dash 8 or a private pilot flying over in a 172 or piper. "Just a little gift of freedom" the same as watching my now favorite show AOPA USA live.

I don’t hear any mention of George Brawley of GAMI and his G100UL fuel which sounds like an exceptional option in the near future.

They have been “researching” (stalling?) unleaded aviation fuel since I learned how to fly in 1978.

I’ve been flying on unleaded mogas since I bought my first plane in 1984.

I'm confused...what have we been doing for the last 10 years about the 100UL fuel. Swift Fuels has a fuel and GAMI just came out with G100 no lead. So...follow the money. How much more will it cost to develop redundant solutions.

It's too bad that this process has been going on for at least 20 or 30 years. And now we need another 3/4 decade to remove lead. Seems it's all smoke and mirrors and little progress. Patience is wearing very thin. I will stick with non alcohol mogas.
