Well, combine that with the deaf trait from the base game and hit "multiplayer", bc now your chances of surviving anything are smaller than chances of finding a friendly player.

If you want to feel full daredevil experience there is a Murdock’s blind trait mod, which gives you an ability to from perception radius based on the sound around your character
