On all the "is it the same photo" questions,
the answer is: NO
They try to trick you, but they are different pictures. One is obviously more tilted than another, but in order to repel this theory, while they are moving one picture on top of the other, they cut a slice of the picture off and then its the same, but obviously, if you had to sneakily not move a tiny slice, then they are not the same picture.

the first one is a simple selective attention test. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's when the prefrontal cortex is focused on a task (in this case: remembering your card) you can easily miss other things. So in this case the subconscious brain sees that there is a red and a black 6, a red and a black 7 and a red and a black 8, so if you compare the two clips, you will see that none of the cards are the same because they just take one of the first 6, and replace the remaining five with another black or red card with the same number.
