How to make a delicious kingklip with cherry tomatoes recipe with the DNA Airfryer Oven.
Mediterranean style grilled Kingklip with grilled vegetables
Ingredients
• 2 portions of kingklip
• 1 medium red onion, peeled and chopped
• 10 – 15 kalamata olives, stones removed
• 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
• 15 picked basil leaves
• 3 tablespoons of capers
• 15 chives finely chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• Salt and pepper to season
Method
1. Remove the fish from the fridge 30 minutes before you cook it, let it come up to room temperature.
2. Transfer the cherry tomatoes to the DNA Health Air fryer deep non-stick roasting tray. Add the chopped garlic, chopped onion, some olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Place the oven tray with cherry tomatoes under the top grill, adjust the temperature to 220C for 15 minutes, and start the air fryer.
4. When the 15 minutes is up, remove the tray from the oven, add the stoned olives and capers, give that a good mix. Season your fish with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the fish on top of the tomato mixture.
5. Transfer the dish back into the air fryer, adjust the temperature to 220C, set the timer for 12 minutes, and start the air fryer.
6. When the timer has run its course, remove the tray from the oven. Spoon some of the sauce onto the fish, and garnish the dish with the freshly picked basil and chopped chives.
