DRAW by RecD - Pizza Tower Vigilante FAN SONG WITH LYRICS

The Vigilante challenges Peppino Spaghetti to a shoot-out on the second floor of the Pizza Tower to quench his thirst for justice. But is justice blind? Or just really, really obsessed with Cowboys?

This is THE SECOND of two original Pizza Tower songs that I was only going to make if Make Some Noise broke a million views - which it did! For The Vigilante, I wanted to focus my efforts on creating a "Story Song" inspired by old country hits like Tenesee Ernie Ford's "Sixteen Tons", Johnny Cash's "A Boy Named Sue", Jimmy Dean's "Big Bad John" and Jim Croce's "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown". All of those were mixed into the pot with an excessive amount of cheese and out came this wild west wondertrack! I'm pretty happy with my venture into this genre, and I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did!

Hope you enjoyed Peppino and Vigilante's Hoedown Showdown! This was my SECOND bonus song as thanks for getting MAKE SOME NOISE to a million views! PIZZA HEAD's song is coming in 2024 to serve as a GRAND FINALE to my Pizza Tower Originals series - it's gonna be a MASSIVE, INSANE song that'll need several months of devtime to do justice - but we should still have one more video coming out this year! Thanks fer watchin', pardner! EDIT: Almost forgot! Mort the Chicken owned by Ed Annunziata!

i honestly love how you portrayed this guy. he tells his story without forcing peppino to listen. he talks evenly, and gives peppino a weapon. (which could be a metaphor, for a chance to state his innocence) really sells that this is a vigilante, and not just a scorned ex-tv character. or self obsessed painter

I think it's interesting how the vigilante always wanted to but understood that hurting people is wrong, so he spent his life searching for a job where he could shoot to his heart's content without any ethical problems.

The way peppino says "He lied to you" but sings "You've-a been decieved" works well for the song

I noticed that every boss got their own original song, except Fake Peppino, who got a with lyrics cover, he's so unoriginal that he did the same type of SONG Peppino did

I love how you took the little personality these characters have and flesh them out to make something more complex. Pepperman stubbornly refusing to acknowledge his flaws, the Vigilante having a hero complex, The Noise being a washed-up trickster trying to relive the glory days, and Sudough/Fake Peppino having big Bizzaro energy. You go above and beyond.

I love every detail of mort the chicken here. The absolute horror in Vigalantee's voice at the idea of him being released. The binding spell literally just being pizza cheese. The way Mort is treated as a walking disaster and annoyance. And Peppino's exasperation at how he just made his situation worse.

Having the thumbnail be a reference to Golden Eye 007 was honestly not a reference I expected RecD to make in 2023. Nice song man!

I know this may be a silly small detail and off-topic to some….. but I love how in 2:36 - 2:42 they gave “him” a bandanna to wear over his face to look more convincing because of his literal ability to take anything seriously!

The "pizza man that boy aint right" at the end was hilarious

I love this! Cherry on the top is how Peppino *does* ruin Vigilante's farm, but neither of them know that.

Strangely, the Vigilante is the only one that actually made amends with Peppino, and *willingly* gave him his key.

“to this day he barely reads any words”

“aint equipped to face the simpler tasks”

“he’d never milk the cows whenever i asked”

“i tell ya, pizza man, that boy ain’t right.”

Mort bein a villain aint something i would believe (but considering what you do in that game it seems pretty accurate why he portrayed villain in this song)

"I tell ya, pizza man that boy ain't right." The perfect way to end a song

You know making the Vigilante into a manchild (or at least more childish) it’s honestly makes him an endearing interpretation thats familiar but still different and new.

I think this might be my favorite fan song so far, it's so... i can't describe it. i expected this to be epic and menacing like Calzonification, but it feels so... jolly? the lyrics definitely make up for it, specially the last line holy damn i love this interpretation of Vigilante.

i also like how Rec made it canon that Mort the Chicken is a continuous cursed menace in the Fun Farm, because, y'know, you literally need a priest to get rid of him, lmao.
