PERFECT PEPPER by RecD - Pizza Tower Pepperman FAN SONG WITH LYRICS

Pepperman The Perfect Pepper paints a portentous pummeling in the Pizza Tower, but percieves problems with the portion of powers he picks. Can Peppino prevail against this putz?

This is ONE OF TWO original Pizza Tower songs that I was only going to make if Make Some Noise broke a million views - which it did! For Pepperman, I wanted to step away from the Hard Rock feel of the original game's boss theme and lean more towards Pepperman's Artsy side, adding classical flair while keeping an upbeat, heat-of-battle feel. Ultimately, this manifested in a track strongly inspired by Super Mario RPG's battle theme as well as Baroque compositions by Bach (With a few flourishes from "In The Hall of the Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg, to fit Pepperman's Kingly persona) that I'm VERY happy with. The instrumentation borrows a lot from Wario Land 4 as well. I hope you'll enjoy this unique take on everyone's favorite Pepper-based Man!

Hope you enjoyed Pepperman's original song! This video was made as a THANK YOU for getting Make Some Noise to 1 million views, as will be the next pizza tower video, a VIGILANTE original (I was originally planning to just skip to Pizza Head). However, the next video on the channel is likely to be TWINSOMNIA WITH LYRICS, a grand return to form with a 20-MINUTE LONG FNF LYRICS TITAN! Look forward to it in early-mid October!

I like that idea of Pepperman wanting to be the last boss. 😅 It's like Pizzaface made Pepperman first for being full of himself.

I love the idea that Pepperman doesn’t try doing anything else in a fight just because he thinks the 4 moves he does are perfect and don’t need to change

I like how Peppino is portrayed as a genuinely nice guy during all the bosses, trying to help pepperman do something different, trying to help a certain someone cook pizza.

RecD, I don't know if you'll find this, but please accept my heartiest thanks for the work you've done in Pizza Tower music. I'm especially fond of the fact that you wrote completely original, unique songs for the boss fights, which already makes them stand out a lot in special ways. But my favorite detail was how amidst the lyrics you've shed light on the characters themselves. It's not just a fight by conventional means, but the fact that the boss villains each have their respective grudges against Peppino to explain their antagonism is a nice touch. And it's made all the better by Peppino's own commentary, which shows a compassionate side to him despite the fact that he's doing battle with otherwise sworn enemies. That part, that connection that Peppino and his adversaries make with each other mid-fight--that's brilliant. So, thank you for putting everything you have into these new songs you've made. They're no doubt labors of love for the joy of their listeners, and I am super excited to see the rest of the Pizza Tower songs you plan to release in the future. Take great care, friend. Never doubt the positive impact you've left on people everywhere. Your talents in these works of art are by every means worthy to be celebrated.

I love how both this and Make Some Noise have this in connection. Both these bosses have reasons for blaming Peppino for their downfall in life (If Peppino didn't quit the commericals and allowed Pepperman's vain advertisement none of them would go down the paths they did.) but they're natures don't let them see how it is actually their fault (If Noise's pranks weren't so life-threatening and Pepperman got over his ego and made an actual advertisement that didn't have him, a guy who had nothing to do with the restaurant, on it then Peppino wouldn't feel the need to quit and he would've accepted Pepperman's request). Wonderful storytelling

I like that under the Pepperman sculpture Peppino makes there's written "Grande Stupido Idiota", which literally means Big Stupid Moron

I love how Peppino actually tries to talk to Pepperman about trying new things. BTW, this song is more fire than a carolina reaper, you did great!

"HE MADE ME THE BEGINNER BOSS?!" Feels like a 4th wall break.

Peppino: Hehehe, look at this-a guy. Shrunk down from a perfect pepper, to a crabby crabapple.
Pepperman: DID YOU JUST CALL ME AN APPLE?
Peppino: I hate-a Mondays.

Man this is gold😂

I love that each of the bosses have some old beef with Peppino. It gives them a lot more character, and it's especially good since all the anger and resentment towards Peppino is totally not worth trying to kill him. Great song, glad to see you're planning more too! Happy to add this to the increasing list of Pizza Tower jams.

The fact he said "welcome to your final battle" but then peppino tells hes the first boss and kind of breaks the fourth wall is hilarious

I feel like pepperman would be the kinda guy to first see a game and say “I’m the best at this” then die immediately

Pepperman: "perish to my shoulder or my cake?"
Peppino: "what are you talking about?"
Me: "i know what he's talking about!"

Now THIS IS AWESOME, Phil Pepperman's singing alone is so perfectly pretentious and artsy, i've seen quite a few interpretations of Pepperman's voice, from him sounding like Markiplier and... well mostly just that one, BUT this is a great voice for him!!

also I love how Noise fights Peppino because he kept him from getting an acting prize, while Pepperman fights Peppino because he rejected his take on the Peppino Pizza sign art.
It makes me wonder what Vigilante's reason for fighting Peppino will be, will it be cuz of the whole 'Peppino gets blamed with burning down Vigi's farm'? or something different.
i also ofcourse adore the running theme of the bosses having unintentional beef with Peppino, due to very....questionable reasons, it's the over-the-top cartoonish madness that a Pizza Tower show would definitely have. overall amazing job.

PERFECTION indeed! What a positively pleasant and poetic piece you’ve produced! People should pine over your portrayal of the pettiness of this pepper whose perceived precocious painting skills were proven to be prefabricated in his mind! At least in pleasing people’s preferences in paid commissions. Pepperman permitting Pizzaface to use his power to pummel our protagonist feels premature and preposterous, seeing as that perilous pillar is a place potentially filled with…ROTTEN TOMATOES! At least Peppino proposes peace and tries to persuade Pepperman to pursue new talents, but he pushes him away, causing Peppino to put him in his place! There’s not much to ponder about how this is a parody of artist pride, but that’s what Pepperman gets for picking fights!

Alliteration aside, well done, RecD and crew, in making this masterpiece for us! The music seems like a combination of an art studio soundtrack with hints of Pizza Tower scattered throughout, especially with the parry/taunt noise before each chorus line! It’s hilarious how the moment Peppino walks in on Pepperman, he instantly gets tired of his attitude. I know A LOT of people like that; no one likes someone who thinks they’re “hot stuff”, even if they’re a pepper! And you nailed the characterization! As soon as I saw Pepperman’s design when the game came out, I could see him being this guy who thinks he’s high society and tries to emulate the aristocracy, but you can tell he has shortcomings when things don’t go his way. You captured this PERFECTLY (I’m sorry, but adjectives are limited) in the incredible voice, dialect, and mannerisms you concocted for him. Then again, I can’t think of a time when you haven’t fleshed out a character in a way that was unappealing or unconventionally misconstrued. Your well-crafted backstories are a trademark that can be traced only to you! The art is amazing, as always! All of the shots of Pepperman appear to capture his uncanniness which contributes to his stuck-up nature, his explosive outbursts, or his…erm…unconventional design regarding “cake”…that’s a heck of a sentence I wrote. I really like the thumbnail as well; I can tell you’re getting more creative with your branding, so kudos to Mugimikey (hope he’s still recovering well)! And the post-credits scene never fails to make me laugh, for both “dID YoU JusT cALL mE an aPPlE?!?!” and the Garfield reference (I suppose Pizza Tower does share some similarities to Jim Davis’ style)!

Overall, thank you guys so much for another banger! It was so cool to be part of one of the premieres for the first time! I really mean it when I say that originals, be they 100% unique or a fan-take on an intellectual property, are so valuable to me, because they truly show the passion someone has for their work. Many people lack that nowadays, or just try to farm a specific type of premade content for clicks and views just to keep them afloat, even if the trends die down and they fail to realize how much their clout has faded. Heck, Pepperman is the perfect example of how this can be true! I remember that the definition of insanity is trying things over and over again and expecting different results; while the outcomes may vary depending on the type of content creation, it’s silly to think that someone should not be innovative in other mediums or genres. As long as it stays true to what they love, people will always be around to not just support the art, but the artist as well. As for you, RecD, I don’t think you need to be worried about losing your touch, and as for me, I’ll always try to be around looking forward to the next video! Thanks again, and have a great day!
