For those wondering, this is the official instrumental for Live & Learn released by Sega. It was released as part of the re-release of the Sonic Adventure 2 Original Soundtrack, which in itself was a digital version of the Sonic Adventure 2 Multi-Dimensional soundtrack. Based on what others have said in the comments, it seems like the background vocals were recorded on the same track as the instrumental, and they couldn't be separated for this song release. It should also be noted that this is an instrumental of a different rendition of Live & Learn than the vocal version on the OST, as the OST version doesn't have the opening 0:00 - 0:03 seconds, and doesn't have the "yeah" vocals at the end of the song. You can compare Live & Learn on the original soundtrack to the version on the SA2 20th Anniversary soundtrack to hear the differences.
