3. Artists on the show work digitally on Cintiqs and Macs. The show is animated using both ToonBoom and Adobe After Effects software.

4. According to Dan Harmon, in a Reddit AMA, a "Schmeckle" is worth approximately 148 US dollars.

5. Not only is Justin Roiland a writer, animator, director, producer, and the co-creator of Rick and Morty. He is the voice of both Rick and Morty. Some of the other charecters he voices are Mr. Meeseeks, Ants in my Eyes Johnson, Mr. Poopybutthole, Stealy & Teddy Mason.

6. Dan Harmon a co-creater of Rick and Morty also created and produced the NBC comedy series Community.

7. The episode "Rixty Minutes" was released early on instagram. This was only possible by releasing it in 109, 15 second clips.

8. The balloon popping game that Jerry played on his iPad was made into a game by AdultSwim. It was released on the App Store and Google Play store as "Jerry's Game".
