Anyone know the reason why my Duo doesn't indicate any available upgrade as of today (8/14)? I saw a few people posting that they didn't see an upgrade, but I didn't see any responses.

It seems all the bugs introduced to my original Duo with the last update have been fixed. Overall the device appears smoother as well. Really wish we'd get some features but as far as performance updates go this one was very welcome.

The update has drastically improved battery live on my DUO 2.
instead of 20% spent in standby during the night, now it spends only 5%. Deep Sleep is at over 90% time, instead of 50% previously.
Now it is became a valid option as a daily driver.
Last thing to fix is the launcher, displaying the homepage but clicking the elements in app draw instead.

After the update typing seems much more accurate and battery life a bit better. Wasn’t expecting that and its definitely not a placebo effect. Seems unlikely for such a small update but who knows.

Odd. My unlocked Duo 1 does not have an update.

Surprisingly enough, Messenger on my duo 1 has finally stopped freaking out when reacting to messages. finally!

Finally, my inking problem that accured during the last update on SD2 has been fixed!

Well, the most noticeable thing, the widget panel seems to be fixed. No more missing widgets. At least from what I can tell.

Responsiveness right now seems to be cleaned up a bit. But that could just be from the system wide cache wipe. I'm really hoping 12L comes sooner rather than later. I would guess September they have their surface event and finally launches in October, but they could just drop it out of the blue. I'm guessing if the expanded inking is true, they would announce it in some way but who knows.
