I Was at a restaurant in Jacksonville with my then gf when willie Nelson walks in: shes a huge fan and asked if I could go get his autograph. Against my better judgement, I agreed to go ask him. After apologizing for bothering him, I asked if he could sign a napkin for my gf. He looked at her, looked at me, and said “that’s your gf?” I said yes. He looks at her again and asks “no really, which is your gf?” Lol he said “I’ll do you one better…” there was a stage where a band was on break. I’m guessing he knew the band because he walked on stage, picked up the guitar then went to the table and sang her a song. Willie was cool as hell and I like to think I was bf of the year Lolol
