Those look great and I dig that you used mayo in yours. I grew up using mayo instead of butter for grilled cheeses. I’ve been trying to find a perfect chaffle recipe but hasn’t considered trying mayo yet.

Sir Kensington’s makes an avocado mayo that is absolutely incredible. I’ll try it with that

For mine i would use half a teaspoon of baking powder??? Please do not use a cup it will be horrible
