If not one of the most terrible earbuds out there, the bulky design makes them heavy so they fall out of your ears every 5 seconds, very sensitive buttons that pause anything you are listening to with a small head turn.

I am having an issue with my Jabra Elite 8 Active earbuds. I have them paired with my phone and laptop, I connect them to my phone and when I want to switch and connect to my laptop, I have to pair them again, or vice versa if I want to switch from laptop to phone. This is quite annoying to say the least. Any guidance on this matter?

Hello Jabra, i got problem. I already pair my elite 8 active to my iphone but sound + app not detect it. The eq not show up after i pair. I try pair with my andriod & it work well on device & sound + app

Its work well for my elite active 75t but not on my elite 8 active. Can you help me?

I have an annoying problem. Only one side of the headphone connects and then the other side keeps telling me to go the blue tooth menu and select my Jabra product while the other is playing audio. I resync it with the case (pink light etc) then i forget the device, restart my iPhone but still doesn't work. I never had this issue with my jabra active 75T headsets and i “upgraded” to this but it seems to be more problematic. What do i do?

This helped, the instructions that came with it were not helpful at all.

I don't think it's good because I lost the right earphone and the earphone became like a decorative piece and you can't connect to the left earphone. In short, it's a stupid earphone.
