1. write down what you desire with details
2. visualize like it has already happened
3. stop watching tv shows that contradicts your ideal life
4. dont watch news at all for 30 days
5. create short affirmations that implies your success.
always start your affirmation in a present tense
6. create an alarm to remind you to speak your affirmation (only one), and say it over and over for 5 minutes everyday, feel it yourself at least for 21 days
7. listen to affirmations or create your own and listen to it when you sleep repeatedly-at least 21 days
8. talk your desires as if it alreay happened. act as if.
9. repeat which are stated above. 21 days are needed

Step 2 :begin to visualize yourself already have it and play mental movies that is like already a reality
Step 3: stop watching television shows that contradicts your beliefs
Step 4: have a sweet affirmations that you already have what you want
Step 5: create an alarm on your phone that will remind you of affirmations
Step6 : listen to affirmations or create your own that compliments your desired goal
Step 7 : begin to talk about your desire as is already affect

My subconscious mind is filled with negativity. I'm starting to reprogram it but small things are able to kick me back in this mindset full of negativity. But I'm not giving up! I will be free. Because I AM FREE!

For the ones who need notes on this:
How the subconscient works:
1. Your subconscient mind is always on and recording what you are hearing and saying, is even picking up with what you are not consciently aware of, even when you sleep - this is how subliminal messages work
2. It is a giant tape recorder, it records all of your life's memories and experiences, it stores all events as mental movies and images in your mind
3. It does not hear NO or NOT
4. It can not comprehend the future, it only knows NOW, that's why if you have goals you should see them already accomplished
5. Our subconscient controlls 95% of our lives, forms our habits
6. The subcoscient mind cannot tell the difference between our imagination and an actual event (that's why you get scarry when you watch a horror movie)
7. Repetition creates new believes in the subconscient mind: say or think anything long enough and you will eventually start to believe it, even if it's completely false at the time

Subconscious Programming.

Important Points -
1. Subconscious records everything you listen or say even if you are consciously unaware.
2. Subconscious does not hear NO or NOT.
3. Subconscious can not comprehend future it only knows present.
4. Subconscious doesn't know difference between reality and imagination.

Steps for programming -
1. Take a sheet of paper and write down exactly what you want in full detail. From lifestyle to job. It can be anything but should be in detail.
2. Visualize as if you already have it.
3. Stop watching anything which contradicts program.
4. Create short affirmation which implies you already have what you want. Always start affirmations in present tense with - "I AM" or "I HAVE"
5. Create reminder to say affirmations.
6. Listen affirmations that compliment what you want.
7. Talk about your desire as if it's already a fact.
8. REPEAT.

I listened to this a year ago, and I have been practicing this for a year. It works. I’m still working on eliminating past negative attitudes and beliefs, but what a fun journey. Have fun! Don’t ever lose faith. It’s ok to fall and have doubt. Just get back up on the horse!

How to brainwash yourself in 21 days:
1. Take a sheat of paper and write down exactly what you want, CRYSTAL CLEAR IN DETAIL (anything from a lifestyle to a job or particular car you want)
2. Begin to visualise yourself already having and attaining your desired object
3. Stop watching TV shows or movies that contradict your new belief, go on a news-fast for 30 days and you'll notice how your vibration will begin to rise
4. Create a short but sweet affirmation IN THE PRESENT TENSE that implies that you already have the desired object (e.g. I am successful, I am prosperous etc.)
5. Create an alarm on your phone that will remind you at a certain time to speak your chosen affirmations (for this exercise choose only one affirmation you will repeat for five minutes a day, for a minimum of 21 days)
6. Listen to affirmations (or make your own) that complement your desired goal; make an mp3 and listen to it while you sleep and put it on repeat - for a minimum of 21 days
7. Begin to talk about what you desire as if it's already effect
8. Repeat, repeat, repeat. New habits and believes are formed through repetition

My story might seem silly but it is true. My friend invited me to a 5Km women's running event for March 10. I didn't liked the shorts I have and I was broke as hell. So the only tool I had was my brain. so I kept visualising my self running In a High-wasted jeans shorts. I believed in it so I kept asking my friends to lend me one. None of them cooperated. And nothing happened until the running day morning, my friend who invited me to the running saw my shorts and gave me hers. So when I suddenly realize my imagination worked, I came here to learn about it more.
Just start small and see it for ur self.
And I find this video really helpful. I will keep on working,

In 2017 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I knew at that point it wasnt just my physical being that would need/experience change. This is one of the videos I listened to the ENTIRE time!!! I’ve since started an LLC, patented a meditation chair, and improved my credit. Not to mention beat cancer. 💕🙏🏽
