I have used the ctfmon befroe and it solved the problem for taht session. The idea of adding ctfmon to the startup was great. Problem fixed.
Now I have the cortana problem...the app does not work and so speech recognition or voice typing also do not work.

Nothing I try works. When I click in the box the icons in my tray disappear for a second and come back.Sometimes small dots move across the top of my screen for a second or I see a swirling circle but nothing in the search box

it works for me i watch bunch of tutorial with 5 tips on how to fix it it works but if you restart the pc the problem will comeback again, , but this tutorial have 1 tips tips to fix but it works even when you restart the problem it wont comeback
