Hello Nelson, I have been watching you for 6 months now and your advices on memory and numbers have done wonders for me. I too use the PAO for 6 digits and I would really appreciate to see your number list for 1000 people and objects as I soon plan to upgrade my list.

I don't understand how I could have missed this video. I'm going to have to play catch up. Beautifully done and explained Nelson.

I just learned the 2-digit PAO, and find it much better than the major variations cause it melts so seamlessly together. A 1000-people PAO is beyond me at the moment, haha.

Thanks Nelson for this video, really helpful. I agree with you 1000 actions may make memorisation and review more complicated as they can look very similar. Good to see 8 digits can be encoded with this techniques. I am still at 6 but will be considering such system in future to scale it up. Cheers.

Damn, this is so good. The first part of the video, I was like dang, I need to get rid of my 100 system PAO, and start over. Thank you so much

Thanks as always, Nelson. I've just showed your PAO approach during a session with my client. I didn't know this kind of technique before.

I believe that those interested in #'s should at least have 1000+ people as Nelson stated(add 3 digit actions and objects later). It makes memorizing US phone numbers easier(at least for me). For example, a phone number starting with the number he used -- 357 - 5216 would be MLK-leg lifting an EZ curl bar. Easy image to remember that phone #. If I tried to break it up in 2's, it would be 35-75-21-6. The hanging digit(6) would just be a number image. However, I find that using all 2's is diffifult, at least on the fly when someone gives you their # and you need to memorize it quickly. I actually have a 1k PAO myself..yes, it is work, but like Nelson stated, once you got it, it's for life. - JF
