Thank you the osmosis team. It would be nice to have case studies just to emphasis on the understanding and clinical application. Thank you again.

1) Osteoid osteomas more common in the metaphysis, than Diaphysis, although they can occur anywhere, even Epiphysis.
2) Giant Cell Tumors are not of Osteoclastic origin. The Osteoclastic Giant Cells are just a characteristic finding due to reaction to the actual tumors cells which are of probably osteoblastic origin lying in the stroma of the tumor.
3) Ewing's sarcoma is currently thought to be of Mesenchymal origin.

My Heartily Thanks to you Sir. Excellent presentation. Bone Tumors and Diabetes Mellitus were the 2 Long Essays in my Pathology exam. Luckily I watched your videos on both these topics and took notes. So I was able to easily write it down during the examination

After experiencing pain in my left Femur since June 2021, back in November it got so bad I could no longer sleep at night and could barely walk in the mornings…. I finally went to the doctor and they said my imaging is consistent with “ Giant Osteoid Osteoma “ it’s an osteoid osteoma that’s 6 inches on the surface of my femur, the pain is un describable. I literally want to scream, 5 minutes after taking Ibuprofen or Naproxen, the pain disappears 100%. Awaiting surgery to get it removed, I cannot wait to be pain free without taking pills!!!!

I had an Osteochondroma on my femur exactly where they referenced. I didn't know about it until part of my quad's got caught on it.

I was diagnosed with a bone tumor in my very painful hip two months ago. Dr. Says it’s a fibroxanthoma. I’m a 50 year old man. Everything I read associates fibroxanthoma as a childhood disease. What tumor is most closely related to a fibroxanthoma?

If you have osteochondroma will the doctors want to remove it when its causing knee pain and aches?

Great, clear, extremely educated to one that has been diagnosed with Chondrosarcoma, but after one long draged out month, of getting a Biopsy with seven taps, yet to conclusively been diagnosed before going through surgery. Extremely disappointed.
Thank you for your video. I learned a lot. Ban Wood

I’ve been suffering from severe hip pain which has recently gotten worse. Last week I saw my doctor and he said that I have a tumor in my hip joint. He called it fibroxanthoma, but didn’t explain much. The pain in my groin is so intense that I can hardly breathe. Please explain fibroxanthoma as I can hardly find information about it. Thank you
