Peach Tiramisu

This seasonal twist on tiramisu replaces the coffee, rum and cocoa of traditional tiramisu with peaches, bourbon and just a touch of cinnamon.
It layers milk-and-bourbon soaked ladyfingers with fresh peaches and bourbon-infused mascarpone-whipped cream.
