I'm really interested in the Backfire 2. I'm pretty set on having replaceable PU, and this one seems to fit all of my qualifications and price range. My only concern is I've heard a variety of small issues (vibration, connection issues with the remote, and random braking). Have you had any experience with any of these issues (or any issues that I didn't list)? How were they resolved? I've also heard their customer service isn't the best. Is that true?

Ronnie, the place that i live in has a law where you must be 16 to have an electric skateboard that moves 20 or more mph and i'm a inpatient 10 yr old. so what do u think is the best electric skateboard that goes under 20 mph and still isn't super slow(14 mph).
