The danger starts very early in grade school. I’ve been teaching my children about self-reliance and earning what you have since they were 2 years old, when I read them the story of The Little Red Hen. I was so proud when I asked them if it was fair that the hen kept the bread for herself and her chicks and my daughters answered: “yes, because she worked for it”. Children, before they get “educated” understand it fundamentally. It’s up to parents to raise them well, despite what they are taugh in school.

Why hasn't anyone at Atlas picked up the errors in the subtitles? Not only this video, but in others. "Its" doesn't have a possessive apostrophe. Not a good look for AS, and it's a poor reflection on Ayn Rand.

Who is teaching mysticism in universities? Seems that atheism and secularism is being taught.

On the other side, they do promote aspects of Marxism for a more intrusive government that will lead to more restrictions than now. What is the critical point, when people must get permission for everyday activities? Currently people must get permission to not have their children vaccinated and permission is granted in limited circumstances, this is wrong, they should require informed written consent from parents and guardians.

She said the [US] American people are too "good" for that. I hope they are too "smart" for that. I concur, there is no intellectual leadership.

50 years later and America is still here. I wasn't aware that self sacrifice and charity were taught in either Harvard or Yale. I wonder where she got that notion since she never went to college. In my day, if someone said this you'd say they were talking ouf of their hat, or a-s. How anyone can think she had something to say is truly amazing.
