Do they make LED bulbs for this that don’t get hot?

I have a double stand halogen work lamp. I hadn't used in several years I plugged it in and the first one lit up and immediately went out and the second one did the same. I guess they're both burned out what happened??.. mine on examination is 500 watt bulb replacement it says..they don't seem to be burnt out but each bulb seems to have a slight bubble on each one. I don't know if they come that way
