2015 Mercedes Sprinter 2500. Key won’t turn. No Power. No Lights all like a dead battery

Battery disconnect above accelerator (gas pedal) pedal is disconnected. Perhaps kicked by a foot.

Thank you very much, sir. Excellent information. I hired a mobile mechanic to come out. He charged me $350 to say he’s not quite sure what it is but I should order an ECM! I was researching ECM prices, and a YouTube video came up with your information. I thought it could not be that simple. I went into the van and looked in the cable you are referring to was laying across the accelerator pedal. So again, thank you for sharing this information and save me lots of money.

Need to disconnect our RoadTrek chassis battery for the winter. This was my answer! Thank you so much!! And I was trying to see around the corner with that disconnect....but got it in the end...LOL

Just exactly what I needed, but just when you were going to take it off, no longer saw the switch. You need to hire a new camera I am getting closer, but no cigar.

Thanks for uploading the Video. My 2011 MB Sprinter has the same problem. I tried your solution but the problem still exist.
