If this wasn't a skit, I would have used all those videos in order to get me a restraining order against this idiot. This person, if he was an actual HOA board member, will not stop what he is doing even if the police arrests him repeatedly for violating the restraining order. Meanwhile, I would also hire an attorney to look closely at those documents which supposedly gives the HOA all this power over the homeowner's whom lives in this community. There is a standing precedent where if any terms within a contract violates local, state, and/or federal laws, then those terms of the contract is non - enforceable. One such violation is when this idiot goes through the homeowner's mailbox. That's a federal violation - for example.
