RTX 5090 Is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Huge Specs Update

Nvidia's RTX 50 Blackwell series of GPUs is extremely highly anticipated, and today we have some fresh RTX 5090 Leaks, and if this specs update is accurate then RTX 5090 is RIDICULOUS. Join us as we examine the huge hardware specs update for the flagship RTX 50 GPU, including details on the memory configuration, denser design and brand new PCB design - on top of all the other recent RTX 50 specifications leaks we've had across the industry in the last few months.

With RDNA 4 bowing out of the high end race this gen, it will be interesting to see how Nvidia markets and prices the RTX 50 series of cards, as well as of course the specs and performance improvements over the current gen.

We also have some interesting news on the Nvidia next gen "AI PC", which allegedly combines a Blackhawk CPU and Blackwell RTX GPU.

97% people waiting for price drops, 3% waiting for new graphics card upgrade.

Got an rtx 3090. The rtx 5080/5090 will be the first cards that it makes sense to upgrade to.

On rtx 3080 waiting for 5090 or 5080 to see how much of a performance uplift it'll gain before i decide.

5080 probably 16GB on 256 bit bus with no more than 4090D performance to get into China along with higher MSRP. China won't get the 5090 so Nvidia will need the 5080 to be the sacrificial lamb for that market.

The max these high end SKU GPUs should cost is $799 MSRP. I don't care what technology or whatever bullshit reason they try to give us, there is no way this is realistic anymore.

Unless it blows the 4090 out of the water graphics wise, and i already have enough frames then i dont think im gonna upgrade this generation, my 4090 is just fine for me for the next few years

I dont buy Nvidia cards anymore because of their ludicrous prices. That said...i bought their stock instead because clearly I am the only person on earth who doesn't want to buy an Nvidia card. Hope all the gamers buy it up lol!😂

only 1999 MRSP, meaning 2299 price for sale

RTX 4090 is a "lambo" in Dubai, 5090 is a "Bugatti" in Dubai.

I got the "top" video card starting around 1996.
I got the newest card every year or two, and then the delays got LONGER and LONGER. Partially due to diminishing visual returns. My last cards were HD3870-> HD5870-> GTX680-> GTX1080... and then I held off and got an RTX4070. Unless something dies, I'm keeping this gaming PC until at minimum 2030. What? BS you say? Well, no. I've got plenty of games, limited time and I'm not spending $2000 (ish) on a new system. I still play modded Skyrim. Red Dead Redemption 2. And there will CONTINUE to be NEW games that will run at around 60FPS+ and look great that my R9-3900x + RTX4070 will handle just fine. And if my system can't I just won't buy that game!

Upgraded from 1080ti to 4090. I’m sticking with it for at least this generation and probably the next. The 4090 is already way more powerful than I really need it to be for the games I play.

They say this every season and when the gpu is released everyone is sad because it ends up being crazy expensive and dogshit.

Having much more dense pcb, more power stages and memory chips, automatically adds more failure points and probable cause for getting faults, both from manufacturing and over time / per usage, given that nvidia still wants to use their proprietary power connector, it's a recipe for weak scafoldings and house of cards of things that can go wrong, it's an obsolscence nightmare, it's a no-no.

I'm happy with my evga 3090. Still undecided on upgrading with 5090. Currently need to replace my i9 7920X /motherboard/ram - hoping for ryzen 9000 next month

I wanted a 4080 but the power plug problems kept me from buying one. Was waiting for the 5080 to see if they fix & changed the power plug. If they did not fix the plug, I will be probably getting an AMD GPU for the first time.

Time to save up for a mini nuclear power source module.

I plan on getting it. Not at launch but shortly after. I am currently running a i7 4790s, 16gb ddr3 1600mhz, and a 1080ti. I have been trying to save up to build a full custom water cooled hardline loop since the 3090 came out. I got about 4 outta the 7k (including everything including 7.1 surround sound) I need for a current top the line build. I think I might wait for the 5090 and zen5 x3D chips to drop. I know it's overkill and waste of money but my dream is to have a top of the line 4k 240hrtz machine. If my current rig is anything to judge by it'll last me almost a decade. (Assuming nothing dies) which is the main reason I want to do a huge overkill loop in the corsair 1000D case and maybe even mod it for external water tower cooling. Keeping your parts cool is a great way to keep them in great condition for years to come. Undervolting them doesn't hurt either. I have literally no practical use for this outside of gaming it's gonna be a very expensive toy Lmfao. I'm sure a lot of you are gonna tell me it's dumb and waste of money and i'm not going to try and deny that.

That AI SoC sounds so juicy. This is going to be my next laptop I can feel it. Finally never running out of VRAM again, high performance and long battery life. Leettss gooo!
