For the dot card, the spot UV that has "shifted" on the design is a trait with that method of printing (depending on the printing machinery used) -- as part of the printing industry for 33 years, I have seen this even from companies with the biggest investment in printing kit. It certainly does reduce the impressiveness of the finish when that happens -- usually most noticeable on smaller sized fonts or aspects of the design (like the "Founder" text and social icons here).
