I am so relieved that no one got hurt, but I am worried that the political violence will not end until someone gets killed. There have been too many close calls. When will they learn that when they speak so horribly against their opponents, it can cause deadly repercussions.

I am worried for Jamie Raskin. I understand that he is having treatment for cancer at the moment. He looks dishevelled and not at his best. I hope that his treatment is going ok. He is a very decent man and an actual grown-up (not a little boy walking around in a man suit - there is far too many of them). His is a voice and a mind that we can't afford to lose.
