Remote Utilities: License Types Explainer Video

Показать описание
In this video, we will guide you through the process of selecting the Remote Utilities license type that works best for you.
First, we need to talk about a few key terms.
A tech is an operator or administrator who services remote computers or provides technical support to remote users.
An Endpoint is a remote computer the tech connects to.
Remote Utilities license terms do not limit the total number of techs, and the license key can be used for any number of tech devices. Only the number of tech devices that can work simultaneously is limited. This parameter is called ‘concurrent techs’.
Different license types offer different combinations of concurrent techs and endpoints.
The Starter License allows you to service up to 20 endpoints. If you need one operator to service the network at a time, you will need the 1-tech Starter License. For two concurrent operators, you will need the 2-tech Starter License, and so on.
The MINI License allows you to service up to 50 endpoints. For example, if your company has 50 remote computers and 2 concurrent operators, the 2-tech Mini License will work best for you.
The Pro License allows you to work with any number of endpoints. For example, for 2 techs to simultaneously service hundreds and thousands of remote computers, you will need the 2-tech Pro License.
With the ENDPOINT License, you only pay for the number of remote computers. The number of concurrent techs that can connect to these endpoints is unlimited.
For example, if you have 100 remote computers in your company and you are not sure about the exact number of concurrent techs that may need access to these computers, the 100-Endpoint License will be your best choice.
Finally, if your company has a lot of concurrent operators and remote computers, the SITE License might be the best solution for you. This license allows for an unlimited number of concurrent techs and endpoints.
A purchase of any Remote Utilities license is a one-time payment. Once you buy a license key, it is yours for perpetuity. Plus, you can always expand your license by purchasing additional concurrent techs or endpoints. Please note that we also offer a discount for non-profit organizations, educational institutions and government agencies.
