Kayak Fishing The Broken River Casting Lures For Murray Cod

The Broken River Starts in the Wellington Tolmie Highlands south of the Township of Benalla in North East Victoria Australia it flows into a small lake in Benalla it then flows into Lake Nillahcootie which is the main water storage of the Broken River, It then flows through the township of Shepparton and finally into the Goulburn River on the outskirts of Shepparton which is a tributary of the Murray River.I am fishing the Broken River Today for Murray Cod from a kayak, the River is more often commonly associated with walking the banks fishing than fishing from a kayak due to it's small and heavily snagged nature which makes kayaking difficult but not impossible!
