The craft siblings aren't hard to distract when you get used to it. Just use an island, and try to keep track of their range attack cooldowns. As soon as you feel it's a zero, make sure there's something between you and them. They both stop before they attack, so that's your que. You have to loop them, which I find easy. Meanwhile pebble, is definitely the hardest to distract. You need the right trinkets, and some sort of stamina items. If you have an Astro on you, make sure they stay near you at all costs to restore your stamina. If you don't have any stamina items or an Astro, you need to let him free for a moment to recover your stamina. Make sure you tell your teammates. If it's quite risky, for example, you just got pebble and you don't have too much experience, stock up on stamina items or heals beforehand to be prepared. Have a healer near you. If you get damaged, they can heal you. You don't need to run all the time while distracting Pebble, but you need to make sure when you get near him sprint until you can't see him on your screen.(Well, that's a tactic I use for distracting in general lol)
Also, if you have a backup distractor on your team take turns distracting Pebble and recovering stamina.
Note: You don't have to be pebble to distract any of these, but it's recommended for his speed. Flutter might be the second best for distracting pebble because of her dash, which allows her to spring forward in a good distance without using stamina. Although, you need to be very careful that neither you or your team gets near pebble.
This is all learned from my own experience, so if you have different views on this message, that's perfectly fine. I'm not the most experienced distractor ever, but I believe I'm quite good at it.

Astro will ride you and not give up chase, even after you take damage ‘til you escape line of sight, which is nearly impossible due to your stamina draining insanely fast when Astro chases you.

The only way to survive the crafty siblings is if you’re in a space full of objects, which you better pray you get into if they are locked onto you.

If you’re in an open space, you’re absolutely dead

Flutter is also nearly impossible to escape, because flutter is very fast and will ride you similar to astro

And everyone in dandy’s world knows where if you make one wrong move near dandy, say bye bye to all your hard worked progress you did in your run

Shrimpo (when you’re low on both health and stamina) is the worst one to run into. It literally says in his description that he bullies you. Which means he basically rides you relentlessly (similar to Astro)
