I can’t believe this was my 9th Songkran… and it STILL gave me chills. From sacred sunrise ceremonies with the monks to full-blown water war mayhem in the streets—this day had it all. 🌞💦

There were moments I laughed so hard my sides hurt… and moments where the joy around me just hit me right in the heart. That’s what makes this festival so special—and I’m so grateful I got to bring YOU along for it. 🙏

Watching this Songkran video definitely takes me back to all the fun I had at previous Songkrans. Was in Chiang Mai just before my first Songkran but left and celebrated it and others down in Phuket. Chiang Mai was always great to spend time in and I actually taught English for 6 months there years ago and have been back a number of times. Chiang Rai has actually become my favorite city in the North and hope you can do a video of that in the future.
