What's stopping sometone to make bunch of private tabs and force their choice ?

Then you have to think about authentication. But you dont wanna make your friends go through too much hassle so you decide to ask for their email and send confirmation email . Then you realise your website can be abused for spaming . Yeah shit gets complicated real soon .
