My air fryer doesnt do such a low temp (250F = 120C) 😢 it goes down to 160°C, its a ninja... help?

I'd guess 250 fahrenheit. Otherwise, it's toast 😅

i assume 250 Fahrenheit. Celsius is the proper way to measure temperature 0c is freeze point 100c is boiling point, of water....whats all this 32f and 212f nonsense.

If you're dousing it in oil, and putting it in a dish, it's no longer an air fryer, you just deep fried it

People have lost the plot on what confit means. It's slow cooked in oil. This isn't dark enough to be garlic confit imo, but you do you.
