I cannot log into my account because when I chat with support they direct me to change password. After changing password successfully it signs in and asks for verification code which I cannot obtain.

Make sure you give instructions as FAST as possible. That was super helpful. Put down the tweak pipe, take a deep breath. You are teaching people who are not as proficient with this technology as you are. Therefore it's absurd to expect them to keep up with your pace as you move to the next step every 1.3 seconds.
