Had a lot of fun finishing the week strong with an #OHP workout. Felt really strong this AM - probably had something to do with getting about 11hrs of sleep last night! Either way, it was a strong finish to good week of workouts. On to 3x3's next week!

• OHP W/U: 60x5, 75x5, 90x3
• OHP Working Sets: 95x5, 110x5, 125x10
• OHP Volume Sets: 75x10 - 5 sets
• Face Pulls: 35x12 - 3 sets
• Dips: BWx10 - 3 sets
