I graduated high school in 1986, the 80's were the BEST! I Feel for the kids of today, they don't get the kind of experiences as kids in the 80's did. If cell phones and the internet went down and disappeared tomorrow, I would be fine because I have known life before all the technology existed in our lives. Sadly, I think kids and young adults would find life difficult if not a down right struggle. Thanks for the video and bringing back those memories to me.

I still remember the 1980's quite vividly. I'm so happy that I'm old enough to have experienced the 80's era in real time.

I'm 45 now and having so fond memories from the 80s is what makes getting older bearable.

The best thing about the 80's: No cell phones or internet.

Kids in the 80s looked forward to Saturday morning cartoons while eating their favorite bowl of cereal. Then we spent the rest of the day playing outside/riding bikes with the other kids on our street.

I was a teenager back in the '80s. Now I'm a old man. Boy time goes by quick. And thank you for the memories.

Take me back to the 1980s, and let me be the young boy I used to be. I want to return to my childhood. I want my family back. I want the older technology back. I want the 1980s back. I hate the modern era.

I grew up in the 80’s and I missed that time of my life so much. These were my teenage years. The music was great, the movies were great and we actually had fun. I feel so sorry for this generation.

You could do several of these 1980's nostalgia videos and never capture all of the wonderful things that happened, were seen and heard, started and influenced everything from then on, and so on. It was such an absolutely amazing decade! ❤️

I feel fortunate to have experienced the 80's. Good friends, and good times that I'll cherish.

Everything about the 80's was great but the music was the best part for me. Duran Duran, Culture Club, Cyndi Lauper, Run DMC, Kool & The Gang. Still listen to all that stuff every chance I get.

The 80's were awesome. I graduated high school in 1987. Being a lifelong diehard NY Mets fan means that 1986 was THE BEST year of the decade. I would love to go back to that time.

We had a lot more freedom in the 1980s. Kids rode bikes and skateboards without helmets and knee pads. The drinking age was 18. In the summer, we'd leave home after breakfast and not return until dark. Hover-moms chasing a kid around with a bottle of Purell didn't exist. We weren't over-protected and sheltered like kids today.

For me the 80’s was playing video games in a pizza parlor with lots of brick, red glass candles on tables and Tiffany lights, bubblegum, jolt cola, digging through the cereal box for the toy, Saturday morning cartoons, and yes trapper keepers but with grip stix pencils in them. Waiting after requesting a song on the radio with your finger hovering over the pause button to record the song.

The 1980s in America were freaking AWESOME! 🤩😍🇺🇸✝️
And I recognized how awesome the 1980s were at the time. I did not take those years for granted. I feel like I properly took it all in. 😎

In 1980 I was 13 years old so I had the best childhood. Leaving Saturday morning on my bike & not coming back home unless I was hungry or the street lights came on. (Of course after cartoons went off)
